Research Areas
Infertility has become a worldwide health problem. The development of mammalian follicles is precisely regulated, and the quantity and quality of follicles determine the reproductive lifespan of women. How the programmed cell death pathway regulates follicle development remains unclear. We use gene knockout mice to explore the role of cell death pathway in follicle development through various experimental methods including cell biology, biochemistry and molecular biology, and then provide theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.
