主要研究方向
不孕不育已成为世界范围内的健康问题,哺乳动物卵泡发育过程受到精确调控,卵泡的数量和质量决定了女性的生殖寿命。而程序性细胞死亡通路如何调控卵泡发育过程,依然不清楚。我们利用基因敲除小鼠,通过细胞生物学、生物化学与分子生物学等多种实验手段,来探究细胞死亡通路在卵泡发育过程中的作用,进而为相关疾病诊断和治疗提供理论依据。
