主要研究方向

动脉粥样硬化是冠心病、脑梗死、外周血管病等疾病的主要诱因。血管内皮细胞功能紊乱是动脉粥样硬化的重要标志,其表现为血管内皮细胞排列和细胞间隙异常,渗透压下降。纤毛对血管内皮细胞功能有重要调控作用,然而其动态变化及调控机理尚不清楚。本课题组研究方向为纤毛及相关信号通路在动脉粥样硬化发生发展中的作用。
